Lahore Kebabish - Cardiff

I've been working in the area for some time and had been meaning to venture into this culinary goldmine. Staff very friendly,welcoming and attentive,discussed options and different spice strengths. Opted for slow cooked chicken curry,boiled rice and side salad. Salad nice and fresh to cleanse the palate,rice light and fluffy,as for the chicken curry,soft enough to cut with a spoon and extremely tender. Had a chat with the chef and after complementing him on his undoubtable talent in the kitchen,promised to return and try his other creations 10/10. This place is faultless. David

Be aware! This place is registered for eat out help out scheme but not actually giving 50% discount on food which is the whole point of the scheme. Went to Lahore Kababish with kids to use eat out help out discount on Monday 10th of August. The table wasn’t clean and was some sort of greasy spots on it so I cleaned it by myself. They charged full price and the food wasn’t nice at all. Ps: I forgot to check the hygiene rating which I noticed after leaving the place and they are rated 2

I love going into Lahore and seeing the selections of curry and rices. Great value for money. Usually around £5 for a tub of curry and rice which can last me 2-3 meals.

Lahore Kebabish on City Rd, Cardiff is a lively restaurant with an excellent menu. The food is prepared within view. All the dishes and breads were fresh and delicious. Recommend.

I’ve been eating from this takeaway from a while now it always amazes me with the taste truly authentic food always recommend people to try there food customer service is brilliant to be honest the treats you like guests not customers there lots of competition against them so don’t be fooled by bad reviews.
