Exaggerated prices. Just paid 5€ a disgraced husband. I paid him less in the middle of Rome... Inexplicable cost since we are in Carate Brianza (not even in the center) and the product was not even fresh

Exceptional products...sometimes the staff gets lost, however always all very polite! great nice place I highly recommend

When it's not your job, it changes. You're still in time. We think we can drink something in this place before a show at the nearby theater. We sit at 7:00 and get approached by staff only at 7:20. The boys who serve the tables are still nice. The couple of friends make aperitif formula with cutter and cocktail, my wife and I take two beers. We were served only at 19:45 with two bottles of hot beer. That's why I point out to the room staff that beer is hot. The boy says the fridge is broken by looking at a lady beyond the counter, (maybe the owner? that loudly says he knows the situation, downloading the blame on the employees who should have warned me about the only hot beer. Then I point out, I wouldn't drink the drink, but I didn't even pay for the consummation. In cash, of course, drinks were not taken into account, liquidated with a simple “are you the beers? “to look low and without feeling a simple and always appreciated by all “Sorry for what happened”. Never see us again.

Nn I think I'm coming back, I noticed over time a worsening on customer management until a few months ago we went to breakfast the weekend and already at 10 am they had no brioches why I preferred to change bars. Returned this morning and we made the expected order 40 min after which we decided to leave. In my view, they should increase staff and put more brioches in place.
