Brulerie Rousseau (brûlerie Rousseau Halles De Sainte-foy)

La Brousserie Rousseau is a great café. The drinks and food are excellent. They make very good chai lattes (with pretty latte art) and also excellent Tuscan goat cheese sandwiches (crazy).The service is always excellent and efficient. The employees are very smiling and friendly.This is a great place for students to revise/study at the same time as enjoying a coffee.

Great cafe! I got a cafe lattee as well as a chia seed pudding snack. The atmosphere here is nice to do work or hangout with friends. It's in a food court type setting so there are other bakery items options in the area. I like this place as the customer service here was very nice and helpful. When I placed my order, it was super easy to communicate with the employees!

Très bon service, personnel toujours efficace. Le café est excellent. Je recommande le mélange 1867 pour avoir à la maison.

Sandwich déjeuner sur la coche, rien à dire.Le café par contre…seigneur que c’est bon! J’ai pris un dirty chai a l’érable parce que c’est le temps des sucres et j’ai vraiment pas regretté. Super bon et goûteux, la qualité du café fait toute la différence. Le service est sur la coche. Le bon service à la clientèle se fait rare, autant bien le mentionner quand c’est le fun. Expérience client est là. Merci les boys bonne journée !
