Absolutely horrible experience, the staff were extremely unfriendly. We sat down and nobody dared to take the menu orders. So after 5 min we went and asked, they said we have to get the food at the counter. A few minutes after an (italian) group came and they were treated immediately and the menu orders were taken. Later on, another group came and the staff asked us to change our table in mids of us working and drinking. Absolutely rude. The first time coming to our table is not to serve or welcome us but to complain, that we are supposed to change tables. Never again, please avoid this place!!!

Staff were very friendly but the salmon salad i got was a joke. super small serving size, lettuce was soggy, salmon was raw which i was not expecting (i don’t believe its advertised as raw) and avocado was brown. so disappointing : Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Visited here for lunch in Naples airport, before catching a plane to Zurich. There is a seating area behind the counted where you order food. We ordered Pasta, Fries and fried mozzarella. Food was tasty and service was good. Vegetarian options: Some veg choices are available Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

On the menu it was written beef burger, but once I ordered I received it like what you see in the picture. I told the owner that it is not a burger( with no bread) and he offered to change it. At the end to show their friendliness and respect due to the fact that they understood I am not happy with what I received they offered me a doughnut for free. I give them 5 stars for their sense of their responsibility. Btw, the food was tasty. Price per person: €40–50
