Five Guys - Cape Coral

Fries where great food would have been great but the burger needed some seasoning. It wasn't bad though

Crew was great. Person who took our order seemed happy to be there and food was delivered as ordered. The message I have is for people that either order online or to go... HAVE A SEAT UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED! It's ridiculous for a huge swath of people to stand there, IN THE WAY of others who are called to get their food, Staring at them at the counter isn't going to make your order go any faster. Just saying It's really annoying and rude to people who actually sit down inside to eat their food, not to mention the crew. Chill eat some peanuts....you are getting FIVE GUYS SOON!

Placed an order with a 8:37pm pickup time and didn't receive my order till 9:10pm. The staff was extremely lackadaisical, showing no sign of urgency at all. Fries were severely undercooked and the patties were burnt. Being in the restaurant and bar industry for almost 20years, I understand when a place is busy and let a lot of things go, but this experience was so terrible that I was compelled to say something.

OMGGGG this is the best burger ever! 5 guys has been my favorite for awhile but now that I’ve started asking for jalapeños on the burger, it’s a whole new kind of love! Delicious! And as always, the fries are never ever greasy, perfectly salty and match the burger like they were paired in burger heaven!

Still the BEST burger in town! (In-N-out Burger forget it! . The person taking my order told me that the burger I ordered was two patties and I told him that’s OK. I was hungry. Wow! It was huge. But absolutely delicious, fresh and the toppings awesome! So happy I stopped here! Staff was very friendly and I LOVED the music while I waited for my order. Nothing beats some good John Fogerty or Three Dog Night
