The Corner House Canterbury

First visit to The Corner House, and as a group of six, we had a a very good time. We started off outside in the well presnted garden area with drinks and snacks, before moving inside for dinner. The menu covered all bases and we all really enjoyed our different choices. The service was excellent too. So, if you're looking for somewhere which offers a lot more than the chains in Canterbury High Street, try the Corner House, you won't be disappointed.

A very pleasent atmosphere with very friendly and attentive service. Food was delightful, would highly recommend the belly pork however, at least on the day we attended, the steak option was a bit on the smaller side

The Corner House is well worth the few minutes it takes to walk beyond the city walls of Canterbury. Don't be put off by the roadside location, what waits inside is a real treat of excellent food and great service. Highly recommended. We'll visit again when next in Canterbury.

Absolutely lovely food, lovely staff and a lovely room. They've put a lot of thought into little things which make staying great, I'd recommend it to everyone and will definitely be coming back!

I've often happened this restaurant, I thought it was just a pub, how wrong I was. the food was delicious, portion size was perfect so we can also enjoy the mixed dessert. I could not mistake this restaurant, from the warm welcome, to the excellent quality and taste of the food. the only disappointment is that it is not closer to where we live in kent, but it is worth eating the 40-minute drive again, thanks for a perfect evening.
