It was certainly a unique experience! The manager had been sacked the day before after our waiter, who was left alone to serve and prepare all commands. Every table at the café was unclear. Not the waiter's fault as understandable too much work for 1 person. His friend came to help him, but nothing else improved. Service was really slow! Fortunately, the food was not bad and the waiter couldn't apologize enough. But will not come back!

This restaurant is far from luxurious. The service was poor and they served afternoon tea sandwiches on sub rolls with chips. Despite being advertised as a luxury option in the city, the gluten-free choices were minimal with only 1 pancake available, which they had run out of. This place is worth visiting only for a piece of cake or scones, but nothing more.

The cafe was in disarray with dirty tables left uncleared. The waiter was overwhelmed with the workload, despite his friend coming to assist. The service was extremely slow. Fortunately, the food was decent and the waiter was very apologetic. However, we will not be coming back.
