La materia prima è ottima, peccato che pur di fare in fretta non sempre tutte le pizze vengono cotte bene, il calzone è quasi sempre crudo e sbagliano gli ingredienti anche delle pizze da menù
Ottima cucina mediterranea. Buona per pranzi di lavoro e anche menù alla carta
