Heroes Sports Grill - Canby

The food was good, was early afternoon so not many people in there, bartender was helpful and great!

Great atmosphere with excellent options. A lot to do here with eating, drinking, live sports, and bar games!

Absolutely terrible service, had to chase down the bartender to recieve our tab after 45 minutes of her ignoring us, Natalie repeatedly would go and conversate with the patrons on the other side of the bar, just talk, not make drinks, nothing, completely ignored us, she and the other patrons made fun of us, and we're very rude and disrespectful. We would ask for something and she would bring something else instead after ignoring us for long periods of time, she charged everything on one tab, which it wasnt supposed to be, and when i questioned her about it she got very offensive and said that we had asked her to do it like that, mind you, this is after 45 minutes of waiting, waving, and some time trying to get her attention so we could pay our tab and leave and she continued to ignore us, eventually we gave up and went across the whole restaurant just to get our tab, to have her screw it up, and when i had asked for an itemized list of what all i was paying for, she shrugged it off, and told.me that i was paying for everything, and refused to give me a list of what i was paying for. The receipt had the total and that is all, no list of what i was paying for, or anything, even after i had asked her for a list of what exactly i was paying.for. i would not recomend this place to anyone, Natalie, the bartender, was extremely rude, gave us very poor service, ignored us for the majority of the time as she was too busy talking to other patrons about us, (we could hear them talking.about us from across the bar) and even the other patrons started to mock us as we were trying to get Natalie's attention to get our tab, this is aboslutely ridiculous, i would not recommended this place to anyone, the service is terrible, the atmosphere is a bunch of jerks who the bartender will talk bad about you with, while continuesly ignoring you, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever under any circumstances, the food was sub par, the atmosphere was terrible and the service was even worse!!

Cheese Burger and Patty Melt were very good. Price reasonable. Very friendly waitress.
