Thai Centric - Campbelltown

We had made a reservation, but when we arrived, they had no record of it. They simply said the boss was not present. Despite the fact that there was only one party of 10 in the entire restaurant, they did not suggest combining tables for our group of eight. We had to suggest it ourselves. After finally receiving menus, we realized there were no options that the children in our group would enjoy. With no service in sight, we decided to leave.

Visited this restaurant on Thursday night. Freshly prepared food. The banquet is a good choice of dishes. Friendly staff and good service.

I have written several reviews on Thai Centric, as it has been a favorite for years. In the last 6-12 months there was a decline in service, meals and a price increase. Now I don't get to go wrong the cost of life...up so that prices are expected to rise, but not with a drop in meals. People would rather get a decent meal at a higher price. The Massaman cow was served with a huge mountain of rice, swimming in a pool of sauce with three small pieces of beef and two small pieces of potato. It doesn't make a hearty lunch. Same with the other meals. The taste is amazing what you do, but the mountain of rice is to make it look like you always value, but in fact most look right through this strategy. This decline is reflected in the patronage. For their lunch speciality, you were always happy to get a place and the take-off trading was once amazing, I could never find out how they pumped out the meals so quickly. From late you go to lunch and only three to four tables are occupied and it does not seem to have the pickup traffic as it used to. Meals are still delivered quickly when the waitress remembers what you ordered. There were three tables of about four and I was offered two meals before I was ordered. The wrong drinks were bought before we got the right ones. The waitress had to check our order twice as she forgot, although she wrote it down. I hope they lift up there game as it is a shame for closing it as they make amazing food. Currently, some simple corrections would see that it returns to a flourishing business. We are wondering if the decline in new management, as many of the girls who have worked there were not there and they had a kind of uniform and now the dress wears a ball jacket when you feel like it Monday vibe. There were some improvements in the waiting zone for removing it is just a shame, there are no customers to use it.

Once again got a takeaway lunch for a group of us. It was just before 3 pm and it was made in a jiffy four beautiful meals ready cooked fresh in 10 minutes . 1 pad Thai , two stir fry meals and pad keeMao...king prawn and four cans of soft drink take away for $43 . It is such a great spot for a bite to eat in a hurry. They are so fast at food preparation. If you can eat in I feel it is better value still as I always ask for a container and almost fill it with what I can't get through. I defy you to find a better value lunch at better quality. Love , love , love this place. The staff are so friendly as well. It is wheelchair friendly and on a nice day there is no better place to sit than outside in the protected area outside the shop.
