Went on 2pm late lunch on sat. No customers. Needed help ordering because I haven't been there for a while. Katherine blurred a question out. Took the order and next thing I know I was paying. She never guides me through their menu. I wanted to order more but she rushed my order. I was even trying to show her on my phone. No care whatsoever. I didn't even get a chance to order a drink. Then I get the audacity to leave a tip. What a slap in the face. Here's my tip : don't hire anyone that doesn't want to work in fast food and doesnt know what customer service is. It's unpleasant, and the customer is left associating the food with the experience. This is the reason business fail. Greet the customer, have picture menus and the main one: don't rush us. Ask what else would you like? A little goes a long way. Wish you the best L&L but I won't be coming back.

The food is really really good the people that work there are really nice and polite I've been there a few times they've always had a smile and was willing to help out with what I needed definitely recommend coming hereFood: 5/5
