Last Tuesday we went for breakfest, we enjoyed very much. We don't like the streat cats are sitting on the chairs and tables, especially as my wife has an allergies for dogs and cats but also we don't like animals at the food area. People where helpfully even we couldn't speak turkisch to them. The bathroom is for Turkiye standards okay. Don't expect western Europe cleanness. A place close to fine-dine. Some details may be inflated. The food is delicious. The crispy zucchini service was good, it was low-fat and nice. Zucchini flower tempura was enjoyable, but we did not like the curd inside. Mackerel was standard. Black mulberry pavlova is not a dessert I can highly recommend, it is served with a spoon and the yoghurt dessert is whipped with white chocolate yoghurt. Since we went at the end of the season, it was a quiet time. If you sit outside a lot, it can be a little difficult to reach the waiters, but other than that, there is no problem with the attention. I added this restaurant to my list after hearing that it was close to the fine dining concept on Güre beach and had successful plates that brought different flavors together. First of all, we thought it would be better to make a reservation near the beach due to the location of the place. While the view is clearer in the early hours, we thought it might be more enjoyable to make a reservation in the interior as there are a lot of people taking evening walks in the evening, because the interior has a pleasant design and there is a problem of not being able to see the food you are eating near the beach. Or, as a suggestion for the venue, we thought that small table lamps should be placed on the tables. As for the food; The menu is printed daily, and plates may be included or excluded from the list depending on the products. I put the menu offered to us in the visuals. Among the cold appetizers, we had Aegean herbs and fava with lentils. Fava with lentils: 8/10. We liked it with its sweet aroma and bright yellow appearance. Mixed Aegean herbs with yoghurt: 8/10 it was delicious. Arugula salad with basket cheese, molasses, mustard and pear: In our opinion, it was one of the favorites of the place with 10/10. We thought the sauce came together perfectly, sweet and sour, mustard and arugula were very harmonious. Try it for sure. Crispy fried zucchini, with puffed coriander yoghurt: 10/10 We think you should come to this place just for this. Our only request was for a little more yoghurt because it was like chips, they made the thin strips crispy. It was very very good and fun to eat. Sweet and salty squid legs, sour lettuce, vicious: 4/10. It seemed too chewy to us. There have been places where we have eaten softer baby squid before, so I think it needed another cooking process beforehand. I can say that out of all the dishes, it was the most difficult item for us to finish. Pan fried calamari, with smoked pepper mayonnaise: 9/10 In our opinion, the pan fried calamari was perfectly coated in sauce and perfectly cooked in a golden color. We deducted one point because we couldn 't taste smoked pepper from the mayonnaise, and although it was served with a different sauce than tarator, which is a classic, it was not better than tarator. Among the main courses, we chose the grilled tuna steak and carrot and green potato salad, which the waiter suggested was an experience that tasted neither meat nor fish . In our opinion, it was 5/10 delicious. First of all, it took a long time to arrive. We almost got full while waiting. When it arrived, we did not find a very processed aroma. It was like fish on a salad. We thought it would be better to flavor this dry fish with a more enjoyable sauce. You may come back again for our favorites, the pear arugula salad and zucchini crisp, but we think that if they take our suggestions into consideration and add the touches of these two dishes to other dishes, it may become something we will hear about a lot more.
