I have been going here for three years now I leave good tips I’ve tipped their son 50$ every time I have gone there we are literally Facebook friends with him and have him on other social media platforms as well. The one time I leave a 15% tip the lady that was waiting insisted that I had added more money to her tip literally forcing my husband to tip her more money I have had so many troubled experiences with this one older lady with short brown hair I personally think they should get rid of her she is very rude and clumsy she dropped silverware on my father and he just tried to help clean it up when she gave him terrible attitude everybody else there is absolutely great but I just don’t understand how this one lady still has her job after three years of forcing people to leave her bigger tips, being clumsy, pushy, rude, and very unprofessional. I know they have all been watching how she treats their customers and they still insist on keeping her which honestly makes me upset at even the good ones for not standing up for us customers. Overall after going for three years straight due to them being my favorite I think I won’t be going anymore and my husband said he for sure isn’t anymore as well it’s crazy how a waiter can ruin such a great experience in the blink of an eye your needed extra money has lost a lot of money for your guys business in the long run from my household. I literally tip this woman to treat me like dirt the whole time I get my food. Not cool. Now I need to find a new place to go and I will no problem. I have had this tip thing she does happen to me way to many times now I can count three different occasions where my tables tip for her was never good enough so I will never tip or give them any of my money ever again if that is going to be the case. If I weren’t leaving a tip that would be different I’d be upset too but I did and do always even if it isn’t the biggest one in the world it’s accepted for the percentile perspective of tipping in this world always. I’m finally fed up with how she has been treating my husband and I as long term customers so I am officially putting an end to it on behalf of respecting ourselves and knowing our value in life and if I’m paying for your food especially the prices I pay I deserve respect just like I give you. Tell that woman thank you you guys have lost two very very local and loyal customers due to her attitude.

The food here is amazing. They have so many choices and spice levels. Their menu is so vast that you can never get tired of the choices. This place is never too crowded, and service is fairly quick. The servers are nice but directly to the point.Food: 5/5

While the food is usually good. The service is shameful. Their focus is on takeout and will ignore you for as long as they can, even going as far as answering phones that never rang. After being seated for 15 minutes, I finally went to the front desk and asked how we were expected to order , did we need to call it in? Finally our waitress showed. Again food is good. 30 minutes after we finished eating, she finally walked by and I had to flag her down for the check. I usually tip very very well. 20% is Amy minimum but today was only 10%. And that I felt was generous

We drive a long way to dine here and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is always super clean, the food is always hot, delicious, and the portions are huge. We, in fact, recommend this restaurant over closer Chinese restaurants in the area. The drive is well worth it.And if one of the wait staff “is grumpy”, just remember they too are human and just might have a bad day. Not everyone can ALWAYS have a smile on their face 24/7.

Delicious!! Great Cantonese food. The restaurant itself is beautiful and ornate. The price was good for the quality of the meal. Having lived in Hong Kong for a while, this food took me back there. Can't wait to order again.Wheelchair accessibility: No issues and plenty of room
