Gong Cha - Cambridge

When I ordered, I was told they ran out of pearls and to come back in 10 minutes. When I went back in 10 minutes , I was told that they have to keep that batch of pearls for a big order they received online . Terrible service.

This location is excellent! I would ignore the negative reviews since one should keep in mind that many of the clientele in that mall are nothing but hood trash or just local scum. I have always gotten great service here. Imagine that one cheapskate talking about sharing one tea among 3 kids. He should be embarrassed

I enjoy Gong Cha at other locations but the taste was off in this one. The skin of the mango pearls was also very thick.

Warning the menu does not display the ?correct? prices. What you order might say $5.25 on the menu but it rings up at $6.25 and the employee just says sorry wrong price. If you are going to raise your prices at least learn how to change the display signs?

Usually write some reviews only when I was nicely treated or badly treated. This review is for the latter. I feel that the employees in this store do not have basic courtesy in doing their business. It seems that they did not have the basic training before they started. Their responses to customers (at least for me) lack the basic politeness.
