Bagelsaurus - Cambridge

Most bagels are vegan, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I ordered once inadvertently bagels that had honey in them (Zimt-Raisin) and when I picked them up, the employee heard to confirm that I did not want vegan bagels because I vegan in the notes of my order! You get really busy at weekends so you need to order day before, and they sell quickly in the week too. I hope they add vegan cream cheese soon, although their beet hummus I great!

I've from New York and these are the only bagels I will buy when I'm not home. They're an entirely different animal than the ny bagel a unique and wonderful artisan beast that is worth your time and money. Yes it's pricey but it doesn't break the bank. You'd pay more for a sandwich at a cafe than their egg sandwich which kicks a cafe sandwich's ass any day of the week. Seriously go get their egg sandwich now. The staff is pleasant and hardworking. And they're led by Mary, the passionate and talented owner of Bagelsaurus. Read their half a dozen write ups to get a sense of their story. This is the kind of small business that I love giving my money to. (Also Mustard butter is a godsend and has changed my life thank you, Mary.

It was awesome! The line was long, but moved quicker than I expected it too. Well worth the wait though. I tried the cheddar garlic bagel toasted with butter on it and I can't wait to go back and get a breakfast sandwich on the same bagel.

Visited 7/10/18. Literally one of, if not THE, best breakfast sandwiches in my life!! The black olive bagel is amazing!

Went here for the first time over the winter. Brought a friend who was visiting from out of state. The atmosphere was great, the employees were friendly, and we both agreed that the bagel sandwiches we got were spectacular. I recommend the hot smoked sandwich on a bialys.
