Applebee's Grill - Calumet-Norvelt

The food was great!!! Just a bit of a wait for the scheduled pick up order, and stuck standing by the bar waiting for 5min with no update. But someone came and took care of us, and the food was fresh delicious!!! Barely even a complaint, just wanted to clarify the service atmosphere ratings.

We just walked out after 15 minutes and no waitress. Hostesses were too busy talking about another customer using profanity to seat us right away. Place was not even a quarter full. Really bad management for a Friday night. Would have given 0 stars if it was an option.

We ordered carside pickup from here because our normal applebees wasn't accepting online orders at the time. Got the 2 for 25. The link to check in didn't work so I called to let them know I was there and as soon as I said I was there to pick up the woman hung up the phone on me before i could even tell her the name or anything. When we got home the steak in one of our meals was almost raw, cold and so full of tendons it wasn't edible anyways. The spinach dip was also cold in the center and tasted a bit off. Overall, I don't feel like I'll go back to this applebees location.

I really liked the waitress but can't remember her name, I was the dad who didn't eat she got my daughter and her friends fancy lemonades and a 2 for 25. You did fantastic!
