Came in for breakfast and waited 15 minutes before getting waited on. Restaurant was not busy waitresses kept walking by without acknowledging us. Got up to leave when suddenly they came to take our order. Service was sub par at best.

Service is prompt and friendly. The food is made with care using fresh ingredients. I got the Fettucine Alfredo($24 that gives you the choice of chicken, shrimp or primavera for no additional cost. The chicken was juicy and the garlic toast was crispy in the right places. Creamy and not too salty and the noodles had the perfect bite :

This place is terrible and the security manager was the most arrogant nastiest person I have ever encountered! He was trying to tell me that my service dog is not a service animal ! She has been trained by our breeder, our personal friend who is a breeder as well and by myself from day one. I didn 't have her vest on because it is a little too large for her and uncomfortable and we were only going out for 1 hour. I showed her service dog identification card. He asked if she is registered! Well of course she is otherwise I wouldn 't b able to receive her ID. She is registered with the SPCA. And the card can be scanned and our information will show as such, my name, the handler and her name and the fact that she is a registered service dog. He didn 't bother scanning her card and demanded to see her vest and scolded me saying I need to follow the rules! As long as I identify myself as a disabled person and show puppy 's proper ID card then yes,I am following protocol. He said he trains service animals and my puppy is not one. Well if he bothered to scan her identification card correctly it wouldve proved that she is. I told him I would retrieve her vest out of the car,but, by this point my hubby was very upset with the way we were treated and had a few choice words for him) he also said to 'forget it we do not deserve to b treated like **** and have my service dog invalidated so rudely! ' The security manager said fine don 't ever come back here again,have a nice night . Can you believe the treatment disabled patrons receive when they need the accompaniment of their service dog? He made us feel like we were a criminal. And the security fellow told us that we had to leave her carrying case house) at the desk! I told him that this is her house and she prefers to stay comfortable in it with the top open of course). Our puppy is trained to either stay on my lap or in her carrying case, yet the security guy persisted to tell me that the it has to be left at customer service. They are the most nastiest securitymanagers/security personnel that I have ever dealt with. The security manager definitely was very prejudice towards us and classified my service dog as just a 'pet ', while holding her proper ID card,and stated pets are not allowed inhere, and no she is not a service dog . Just because he trains a different breed of service dog, he needs to realize they come in many different sizes and can have more than one trainer. He displayed outright prejudicism, arrogance with a very nasty attitude . We will never be back, and if you have a service animal make sure you stay away from this terrible casino they do not deserve your patronage. Terrible evening which made my medical condition reach dangerous levels, they made my critical hypertensive condition raise up to 185/110). Thank you for endangering my health with your terrible attitude and behavior. They were like a pack of wolves the second we entered the place, I hope everyone stays away from them. P.S. every service dog completes specifically taylored trained tasks for their owners, so for this manager to say 'that 's not a service dog, I know because we train them, has no clue what costum duties my puppy can perform for me , nor did he ask or care to know.
