L'unico Trattoria Italiano - Cairns

We traveled to cairns for our slumber weeks and this restaurant was the only one we came back for a second meal. the only thing better than the friendly staff that my wife felt very special was the amazing eating. we have the 5 cursor tasting set menu, each cursor comes with its own few wein. absolutely the price and a good opportunity to finish the holiday. would give more than 5 stars if I had this option.

We had a large group dining this evening. Our dining experience was superb. A big thank you to our main waiter Owen, through to all the drink staff and the chefs. The timing of all the meals to be served to our table at the same time was really great. The meals were superb. The customer service was really great, polite, helpful and very friendly. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Amazing restaurant. Fantastic service and some of the best pasta I've ever eaten. Plenty of Gluten Free options available too! Couldn't recommend L'Unico enough!

Went here for some cocktails last night, had some amazing espresso Martinis (already had dinner booked elsewhere) food looked great so came back the next morning for breakfast, was absolutely superb, the staff were all great and friendly, and the view can't be beaten. Highly recommend this place breakfast lunch dinner or drinks! Awesome coffee too!

Family holiday in Trinity Beach and we have used this restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner a few times. The food has been fantastic every time and the staff were wonderful. I'd highly recommend this restaurant. The Eye fillet steak was a particular favourite on their menu. Tiramisu also very lovely
