Let's start with positive: seaside, pleasant setting, professional reception, classic dishes. The map also offers some originalities like the interesting seasoning of the two tuna and salmon fish tartars I did not expect in an Italian restaurant. Kiwi, lychee, pink pepper and green lemon for the salmon I tested and particularly appreciated after seasoning it with lemon juice, a tip of salt and pepper from the mill. The sweet sour alliance perfectly sied with raw salmon. Nice discovery. The octopus to the plancha is very aesthetic. Impressive even. But as I had decided to opt for a misto fritto and pizza (shared vegetarian) two great classics I stood there. I admit, no disappointment, to have stayed here on my hunger: if the mixed frying was correct, I expected much better than that with the pizza whose dough was not, in my sense, this day, at the height of Italian gastronomy and its recent UNESCO World Heritage title. Fortunately the filling has come favourably to catch up with this lack, thanks in particular to the quality of the tomato coulis with a perfect color and without any acidity in the mouth of eggplants and fresh mushrooms. With tatin pie and lemon pie, also disappointing, these are improvements that I would suggest willingly. To such a point that I regretted not having tested the Tiramisu, with pharaonic dimensions, really impressive and beautifully presented in an oversized verrine that looked very greedy. To finish on a very positive note, the portions are generous, the decoration of the elaborate and very appetizing plates and, to curl all, some museum pieces with an absolutely beautiful manual ham slicer to decorate the whole.

Despite the fact that the staff were having dinner before the service, they were all very welcoming. The service is very professional, the atmosphere is very friendly. All in a beautiful setting! Thank you for this great discovery! We'll be back with pleasure!

A great welcome, a very pleasant service all the staff is very professional the restaurant team is in the image of the adventurous owner, attentive and very welcoming. We went 5 times in 1 month always as delicious, excellent pizza, delicious truffle ravioli really an address to discover!!!
