Restaurant El pescador - Cabo San Lucas

My husband is very adventurous and I love local eats. We ventured in off of the main streets (across from the Marina) and we wandered into El Pescador with our entire family. Our Moms, kids and my SIL. It doesn't look like much from the street but once we walked in we were greeted so warmly when we entered that we knew we had found the perfect place. Once we sat down appetizers that included Salsa, Guacamole, Thick homemade tortilla chips and the FRESHEST & TASTIEST Tuna ever were promptly placed in front of us. My picky daughter was constantly requesting more Tuna and I certainly didn't blame her. Our party of 7 ordered Lobster and either shrimp or steak to accompany it. The food was amazing and fresh. The garlic butter they use to cook with is PERFECT! The service was impeccable and there was never an empty drink in front of any of us. If you happen to head to CABO make sure to find your way to El Pescador you will be glad that you did.

Stopped in for lunch! Great food, great prices and great service. Had the ceviche and shrimp. Was delicious.

Eat where the locals eat. That's how you find great meals at great prices. I love fine dining but also really appreciate the smaller family owned restaurants the serve up authentic cuisine. Don't let the foldable chairs scare you away. We had the best shrimp ceviche at El Pescador. We also ordered a delicious combination plate of fish, lobster tail and scallops for less than $20usd. The seafood was fresh and the service was friendly. This place was one of the highlights for me so I'm happy we took a short cab ride into town to find it!

Mixed seafood cerviche was excellent, with perect mix of lime and coriander. The seafood combination, with grilled prawns, octopus, fish and crayfish was even better. The two of us shared both dishes, and had a strong margarita each, all for 670 pesos! Yay.
