Bidrage med feedbackI enjoy the panini from here, not too expensive and good quality. good selection of muffins with changing aromes. not often have a coffee, but the times I have were not bad.
The menu focuses on casual snacks rather than fast food like McDonald's, with items such as paninis, muffins, toasties, steak slices, and sausage rolls. They also have a slushie machine and offer a variety of hot and cold beverages. While their coffee selection isn't as extensive as that of Café Nero, the prices are more affordable. They provide special deals, such as a tea or coffee paired with a panini, or tea and coffee with a toastie. One notable aspect is their strict toilet policy; only customers are allowed to use the restrooms. This is likely due to the lack of public toilets in the shopping center, which could otherwise lead to excessive use of their facilities, ultimately increasing their operating costs. It would be beneficial for the Springs center to install public toilets after all these years, although I understand that retail rents are quite high. The drinks were fresh, and the toasties and paninis were neatly displayed in a refrigerator for customers to see what’s available.
It's uncommon for me to write a review that focuses solely on customer service, but I genuinely believe that Nicole deserves acknowledgment. She takes great pride in her work and has cultivated a wonderful atmosphere that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed.
This isn't one of my favorite places. I encountered only one staff member who seemed to have any management skills. The coffee and food were decent, but I have to mention that it’s quite loud due to the so-called music playing. I decided to try the roll, and I wish I hadn't— it was tasteless, overcooked, and entirely unappetizing. Despite this experience, I'm giving it 5 stars, but only because of my many previous visits, which were much more enjoyable.
