Mcdonald's - Butner

I do not recommend this location. They need trained on customer service, including management. Too many issues with order not being correct. I order with the app sometimes and mostly go through the drive thru. When ordering through the app, I've been forgotten about once I get to the restaurant and checked in. I have been lied to by management and argued with. I've been told it doesn't matter how their people treat me because they are just happy to have a body working. Terrible service. If I didn't have kids, I wouldn't go there ever.

Ordered two meals one with diet drink and one with unsweetened tea. Made sure when we paid. Yes. Unsweetened tea. Asked again at pick up window. Yes unsweetened tea. Receipt says unsweetened tea. Get back on 85 N. Sweet tea!! Also. No napkins for two meals. Called to complain. No apology. Only stmt was that it was probably just an accident. Nope. It was poor service. Never again.

I live nearby and every time I order food here, the fries are only half full. They usually park me and I wait for cold, half full fries. I don't recommend this McDonald's location.

I never got what I ordered . I ordered sausage burrito and got stake egg cheese corusant black coffee and it had ream and sugar.

I'm so disappointed I wanted to enjoy my food but it's the second time we've gotten sick after eating so I don't think I'll be back perhaps the oil or something else in the food is causing it but we keep getting stomach issues please check your process of cooking thank you concerned parent and
