The Brick House - Butler

The place where we cancelled our tasting dinner on us 24 hours in advance and the Brick House SAVED on the day. They were unbelievable to work on this short term. The service was great. The food was great! We were very happy with our experience here!! Very recommended!

Our first time there but they made a huge impression. We will definitely be going back. Great food and service.

I play trivia and eat at least once a week at The Brick House. Not once have I had any issues with any of my food. Every Wednesday I order their Burger and Brew special and have yet to be disappointed.

My husband and I hosted a rehearsal dinner on September 9th, 2021. We are from out of town, so did all our communication by phone, email and texts. They exceeded my expectations. We chose a buffet menu that included chicken and barbeque pork. The food was delicious! We were able to enjoy the dinner in a private room, the our guests went to the game room for darts, pool and air hockey. Matt was very responsive to our needs, and the staff at the dinner and bar were excellent

Avoid this disaster. I went to wednesday trivia and was handed a heavily redacted paper menu then told that they are only serving burgers. Acording to the trivia regulars, its rare to even get a menu. After we ordered, they took 45 minutes to tell us that they were all out of salad. Another time at trivia, my friend went across the street to the dollar general to get snacks since they dont have food and the owner was insulted and confused that anyone would do that. Then they had the trivia dj read a quickly written announcement that “you cant bring outside food in”. The regulars said the owner is in once every 6 months or so. I also attended a wedding here in 2024 and they clearly dont know how to use the space. The staff all look and act stoned. They dont dress professionally. Towards the end of the night, the staff invited their friends in to the wedding and were eating food from the wedding buffet. They had a little yappy dog that they had sitting on the bar counter. And the bathroom is atrocious, like it hasnt been cleaned since the 90s. The space has potential to work but requires a competant business owner to succeed. Its sad to see it go to waste. I dont know how this business has any recent positive reviews.
