Pizza Hut - Butler

I called 2 times and the 1st time they put me on hold forever just to ask if they still cooking wings. Then I hung up and called for the 2nd time they were taking my order then they hung up on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ESPECIALLY NOT FOR DELIVERY AT NIGHT!!

We arrived right before closing. They still sat us. Fast service. Hood food and the service was great.

We ordered this afternoon and came home sorely disappointed. Breadsticks were not cut, there was no marinara sauce, my husband's pizza was missing the add ons he asked for and neither pizza was cut. There was no manager present and it has been an issue every time.

Dine in. Never came back to refill drink or ask for additional food.

I previously had given this place a 5 out of 5 but not this time the pizza was cold and stale it was gross it didn't even taste like it was properly cooked the online ordering doesn't really work that well it's glitchy at best it's hard to get someone even answer the phone even when they're not busy on top of that the people working in there look like they should be working in a landfill I can't believe I would trust people like that to even cook my food it's disgusting
