Five Points Drive In- Ice Cream Dairy

Just started visiting late in the camping season last year and we just keep coming back for more! Great food, Friendly service, fair prices. Nice small-town buisness!

The owner of this place is NOT NICE. They made a mistake on our order and the owner came out and accused us of wanting a free sandwich.? You don't really drive all the way from Mansfield to Butler( about 50 minute drive round trip) to try to get a free sandwich.? He spoke to us like we were thieves not customers. Also the portions on their sides are very small. Dairy Belle (much much better) is right down the road about 5 minutes away.

The food and ice cream is amazing I prefer the Reese cup Sunday but there store could have some more food and they could have a window so people can drive up and order

The service here has taken a nosedive in recent years. The last two times I visited, I placed a fairly simple order, and both times they got it wrong. Then they tried to charge me again! Mistakes happen, and it's not the end of the world. But I specifically asked about my order, so why couldn't they just add the missing items? It shows a complete lack of customer service and basic human skills.
