In a cold evening of October we took a trip to busalla to dine in this good restaurant. as soon as you enter, the first impression is great: sober and elegant furnishings, inviting smell of food, beautiful tablecloths and cutlery and excellent focaccia. Everything else confirms the first impression: cuisine not particularly innovative and/or creative, but based on excellent ingredients and well presented. My wife's black truffle cream cutters were perfumed and goose, as well as my roast beef with shells from the same truffle. Maybe I expected something more from my cutlets to mushrooms with the flavor of tomato a little too dominant. Splendid mont blanc presented in a destructured way to water the whole a pleasant gutturnio moved that well coupled to the food.
