Hungry Jacks - Burwood

This restaurant stays open late in the evening and is conveniently located on the way to Westfield Burwood from Burwood station. It has plenty of seating and great customer service. The workers here could teach the girls at Circular Quay Hungry Jack's a thing or two about customer service. We tried the tender crisp peri peri chicken, potato fries, and veggie burger, all of which tasted delicious. The food wasn't too oily or too salty, just how I like it.

Despite the fact that the staff at this restaurant are not the most professional and the service at Hungry Jacks leaves something to be desired, overall it is still a good experience. The food is decent and there are plenty of tables available, making it able to accommodate large groups of people. I always enjoy my time here.

Despite a missing item in my order, I am still giving this restaurant five stars because they made efforts to rectify the mistake and even offered extra items when I informed them of the error. They didn't ask for a receipt or proof of purchase, just accepted my complaint and offered compensation without hesitation. The quality of the burgers and onion rings is excellent as well. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Service and food is good. Environment is bad. I usually pick up and have it at home. Compared with other restaurants in the same street, this one is not that bad with the value meals ordered from the app (under $10).

Always liked HJs best. Saw new Angus burgers on TV which prompted me to try one. Revolting. Wet, sloppy and sour. It will be a long time before I will have another
