Griller House Cafe - Burnaby

I had dinner at this restaurant last week. I ordered chicken biryani and butter chicken to go. The food was ready in 15 minutes. The dishes were average and nothing special, so I would give them an average rating.

During our visit, we ordered Chili Chicken (spicy) and Chicken Tikka (spicy) with naan, as well as some samosas for our appetizers. The samosas were seasoned perfectly with cilantro, potato, and peas. The main dishes were also excellent, with crispy vegetables and tender meat. The Chili Chicken had a Chinese influence but paired well with the naan, and the spices had a slow, lingering burn that was enjoyable. The Chicken Tikka was marinated in garlic and incredibly flavorful. The naan was fluffy and delicious. The pricing was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Next time, I plan to try other dishes such as veg Manchurian, dal Makhni, eggplant, fish pakora, chicken vindaloo, lamb curry, Szechuan chicken, goat curry, and vegetable fried rice. The cafe is located in a strip mall with a small parking lot and plenty of street parking available. It is easily accessible by transit. The seating is cozy and casual, and the staff is friendly. It appears to be a family-run business that I am happy to support.

The place is worth for what the price is givenI am gonna call this a PERFECT place to buy and bring home type of deal.
