Bidrage med feedbackWe are food and must not be their target audience, but we were willing to give president’s inn an attempt. we sat on Friday night and we were one of only two groups that was a big red flag. the concept is a nice idea, but not well executed, and the restaurant feels like a supplement at the neighboring bar. the music and the sound of the bar were loud enough to influence the mood in the restaurant. at one point we saw our server sitting at the bar like a patron. the eclectic and strangely assembled menu told me that they still try to find out what kind of restaurant they really are. we gave him a shot, but we had a few doors in the tousey house.
We ordered the crab sphinach dip and the fillet minion filled with crabs. the description of both articles said “lumpen meat”. However, both were made with imitation cancer and it was not very good. my act was also freezing. drinks were too expensive. the cost not worth
We are great foods and are happy to try something new. we ordered dishes that we enjoy typical and brought our 2 years old. no wine menu that they did not update in a dae. the brot was good, nothing crazy. entries: crab cake burned. the swarm was ruined by a celestial sauce that was far too sweet for the plate and served with kartoffel frits that were not listed on the menu. the steak and crumb were ordered and cooked properly, but served cold. carrots swim in a maple syrup sauce that was far too sweet and insensitive. the server could have had less well maintained and even if the dinge were brought to his attention, he said only sadly. If we had no good, we would have refused to pay. sad we were excited about the menu, but fooled as soon as we were there.
My friend and I totally enjoyed us in the president’s inn. the server was very friendly and informative about the restaurant and its kitchen. the food was delicious and we could have a conversation with each other. full-sized experience!
The service was snail paced, the value horrible. It took 15 minutes to get the bread and for #5.95 it should not have been over toasted bread with 2 types of butter. They were out of hummus and two items we wanted were no longer on the menu. The small plates salmon was not as described and very small, the salmon dinner was not great. For Saturday night there was no crowd. That seems to reflect the poor quality of the experience offered. Also, Open Table says Florence, but it is in Burlington, 5 miles from the expressway. We would not have booked if we realized where it was, and the quality of the food.
