Bidrage med feedbackDriving through Burlington CO on vacation and got a great recommendation from our hotel staff member. Went to a local place called Tequilas Mexican Grill. My wife loved it too. Food great Service great Drinks perfect Prices great I very rarely write reviews, but this was an excellent find!! Vegetarian options: My wife isn't a vegetarian, but had a vegetable rice dish that was delicious. I tried it too. Very good dish.
Ate here several times while we were working in the area. Tried a myriad of dishes and everything was tasty. The queso is top notch.
Friendly staff and delicious food. Well worth the stop
We have traveled almost the entire length of the US now, trying Mexican food in lots of different places and THIS is one of the highest ranking!! The cheese dip was good and the guac was even better. Both of the burritos we ordered were delicious, and came out within minutes of ordering despite the restaurant being relatively busy when we ordered. Service was fast and everyone that came to our table to serve us were nice and attentive. This is a must if you love Mexican food!! Super lucky to have stumbled upon this place.
The hotel we booked at was kind to give us information on what restaurants are near by. See My husband and I haven’t had Mexican food in a long time. As for my children, this is their actual first time. So why not. Ordering kinda took a little longer than usual. We were looking at all of the wonderful options. We placed our drink order, then our entree order. As to how we were asked by our server. When the drinks and food came, we were cutting and sharing our dishes. Our children wanted to try their dad’s steak. All three…. not one, all three stated it’s spicy. us parents like/love spicy, the kids not at all. When our server came we asked him why spicy?! My children cannot eat any of this. All three of my children said spicy. Even my oldest child had stated to him directly, “it’s spicy!” He said no, nothing on the two entree’s has any spicy ingredients. He said “ okay, wait one moment.” Some other guy comes, we told him the exact same thing. That guy then tells us the entree with the steak has spicy potatoes. On the other dish, he said it’s the small pieces of tomatoes. On the actual menu, no where does it state that any of the entrees we ordered stated that anything on that dish has spicy ingredients. I’m wanting to understand why these two guys kept telling us there is no spicy spice in either of the entrees. Yet the second guy who came over admitted in one there is spicy potatoes. The fact they don’t understand that our children stated it’s spicy, is beyond shocking. Along with how there is chopped up tomatoes in the “Fajita Burlington”. But clearly it’s not tomatoes. This was our first time here at this restaurant in this state as we are traveling to visit friends. Definitely was not a great experience. I will never recommend this restaurant to any of my families, friends and co-workers.
