Better than the last time we went, pre-pandemic. Usually one of us has to send out steak back because it's overcooked. This time they were on point. Not...

I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the service today. We brought my grandmother to celebrate her birthday, and unfortunately one of the steaks we bought was super fat. As soon as our waitress Dakota... who was an absolute phenomenal waitress, btw... noticed how much Gristle was on the plate, she immediately informed the cook and the owner. Within minutes the owner was apologised at our table and offers to restore the kitchen. When my husband refused the offer, he returned (the owner) and took the meal from the bill for us. He also took time to come to the table with a dessert for my grandmother, on the house, and we had quite the pleasant conversation about her, for a few minutes that left her grin from ear to ear. He was super nice and, just to close, the owner and Dakota did this in our own way, as we never expressed a single syllable of the complaint. It is service as we get today that we always come back, although it is a 45-minute drive.

Went to Outback(Burlington) for our 30-year anniversary and had a wonderful meal. BBQ shrimp appetizer was delicious and dinner, fillet and lobster was made perfect and tasteful. To surpass it from the owner Arturo, came out and spoke to us a bit of what was a nice touch. I would highly recommend and hope that your evening was as perfect as ours.
