Dedalus Wine Shop, Market Wine

I went here to enjoy charcuterie and wine but the restaurant didn’t open until 5PM so they nicely offered to help pick out some meats and cheese with wine according to my taste buds. I wish I got their names. The woman working the cheese area knows her cheeses and the man in the meat section picked me out a delicious fresh meat! For the price it’s beyond worth it. I’m a charcuterie connoisseur. I will be back!

While I might not be a regular wine drinker, there's something enchanting about indulging in a truly exceptional bottle. The aroma, the flavors – pure bliss! This exquisite French wine has me captivated. And let's talk about these burgers – not usually my thing, but these grilled crab burgers are a taste revelation! !

Dedalus is a constant 5 star. We are always excited to go and never disappointed when we leave. Liza, Quinn and Abby make it an especially special occasion every time we go. I’m not sure if people haven’t quite caught on but, hands down, this is the place to be. Thank you for giving me faith again, that chefs do care and love to prepare and create meals that are worthy for a night out. Bravo!

We are past this place on the way to another place to check and twist it to make reservations for the next night. we were not disappointed. our server ashley was one of the top 5 we've ever had and when they follow our reviews, they know that it says something. large menu and exceptional service. to have a young server that gave us a detailed explanation for every article we asked was impressive. we have recommended two appetizers and a meal paired with a wein of ashley. to say that we have remained satisfied is an understatement. ranks in the top 5 of our best culinary and wine experiences. we will be back and recommend them to stop this from the places while in burlington.
