Subway - Burlingame

This is the fourth time that the owner of the store charge me extra for a sandwich the first three times I let it go cuz I thought it could be a mistake but honestly people be aware coming to this place the lady working at this location over charge for sandwiches ask for a hot shot Italiano and they charge you for a different sandwich 18.34 instead of the regular place I could be wrong but four times I don't know

Does not accept Coupons. Also spat back at me when I suggested to put a sign outside that says does not accept coupons after making me wait in line for 7 minutes.

Cashiers had poor attitude and didn’t want to make any changes to normal

I have never seen such a bad service attitude. They make fun of guests and talk behind their backs. This is too much. If they can have 0 stars, they must be worthy.

Bought a steak sandwich to go on january 1, 2024. i took 4 bites of the sandwich, the steak was awful as for the rest of sandwich i through the sandwich in the garbage, what a waste, i will never again eat at subway
