Bidrage med feedbackOur family of 4 stayed here. the first room that the toilet did not wash. we have a new room. it is right next to a really busy road that you can hear day and night. the mattresses have rubber covers that was really hot. the personal is helpful. air conditioning room. free water. no water cooker in the kitchen. we have hot water at the bar to make a cuppa, with otherwise they need to use a microwave to heat water in a not particularly clean kitchen in the 7th floor. its in zone 2 but a short walk over the cities universitie pac brings it to zone 1 station. breakfast is currently €8. but the burgers were nice. it is not really for young children at all, has a strange adult theme in the lifts and green low lighting in corridors. no seats in the open when they eat or drink their own food. the night kit for €3 has an eye mask, ear plug and a condom. not oriented to children. in our first night we had to evacuate all due to a technical problem that did not fulfill me with confidence.
I nailed 'fish and chips bundaberg' and that was supposed to be in the top 3. the personal was wonderful. menu looked fantastic. the only reason why I'm not a 2 star rating because the salat was really good and the young lady who served me was just beautiful. I asked for extra crispy chips. they were dry and limp. the fish was not fresh and the teig was sticky. when I just saw another evaluation, we might say a bad night.
We had dinner with a friend, and the fish and chips were excellent, nice teig on the fish with a lot of species. the chips were thicker than normal and very nice.
After I checked travel counsel, I found a great place, just a few roads from where I was. the fish and salad package with reef was absolutely delicious, can not recommend the place very good enough, great worth and tasty eating, no brainer. for all locals.
Having read the Trip Advisor reviews and in search of Bundaberg's best fish and chips I decided to order two fish and chips from Jo Joe's. The choice was cod for $5.50 per piece or Red Emperor for $8.50 a piece. I ordered the...battered cod and was not disappointed the batter was golden and the fish tasty and perfectly cooked and served with lemon wedges. The chips were also delicious and a good portion for $2.00. So far it's on my list of the top two fish and chip shops in Bundy. The interior of the shop is quaint tables with flowers and a selection of magazines to read while you wait. Topped off with friendly service it's a winner.
