Waffle House - Buford

Woman working denied us service through the window saying they were closed when they were clearly open.

I was here a few times and night shift always confused my order. You can ask for cheese, onions, bacon or whatever other; will be charged and never get it. Your happiness when they throw into a condiment and utensils to go commands.

It was always a great experience. But unfortunately this evening was not good. 1 server and it was left by an extremely harmless cook that had no manners before customers. The server did what she could until a new cook came.

Sa on table waited 10 minutes, Vecky/Vicky decided to take another table next to us that sit minutes after us, we feel like they just ignored us. Bad experience, then she sends another waitress instead after we tell her something.

Use to think this place was not racist just under staffed. Until today I went in around 10 in the morning just a little busy but sat down at the front waited for like 10 min and nobody took my order or asked what would I like to drink. Save your money Waffle House across the street from the mall of ga is wayyy better than this racist slow paced store. But it seem like every time I go to this Waffle House I get the same experience ignored like I don?t have money or something. ?
