Notes that they helped us build our own vegan queen with potatoes, beans, salsa, greens and tomatoes, and it turned out really good. They also have vegan bagel options, with vegan butter, jam and almond butter as spreads. The (yummy) energy bites are milk and ice-free but have honey. I wish they had vegan menu options and more vegan baked goods available. They are the only location in BV with a vegan baked article so far that I've found.

Great food and good service. My bagel was perfect and the Misses were all she wanted and more. Very recommended for coffee and a snack!

I can't get enough of this Mount Princeton smoothie! Perfect taste and the right amount for a satisfying lunchtime. The Lox Bagel sandwich was also quite good and a real treat as I had not expected to see this on a menu. Keep the good work we love your food so much!

I love this place. Let me first say that I am a great breakfast man and this place always serves delicious food. (More satisfied than Silver Llama in Leadville, not to mention a better service. I had one of her bagel breakfast sandwiches with an icy coffee, and my friend had a smoothie bowl with an icy coffee. He ate his bowl so fast he went back immediately for a bagel with aromatized cream cheese. My sandwich was phenomenal to say the least. Fresh and hot. The icy coffees we got were not sweetened, but they had sugar and cream to complement themselves and it turned out wonderfully. No surprise sugar! The decor inside was modern-electric and sooo cute. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for helping to make our little anniversary holiday beautiful and delicious! This is our new breakfast place.

Nice people. Great healthy options! I enjoyed a Breakfast Bowl(add avacados), drip coffee (espresso machine wasn't working) got a Canyon smoothie to enjoy on our drive up to Grand Lake. Fast serving, warm atmosphere, clean and nicely decorated.
