No words to describe such a wonderful cuisine, a delight for the eyes and the mouth
Inada, I read a lot before I went and I was really interested in what I learned. I'm not a big fan of Japanese simplicity, even if I find it very good. While I saw that a Japanese chef made French cuisine near me; I decided to go taste this! Great good has taken me, it was happiness! First of all, this famous poached foie gras that everyone talks about... and well everyone is right to talk about it, this dish is perfectly mastered, crispy outside and melting inside, the grapefruit surprises and delights taste buds, a wonderful mix! I'm not talking about the fly-in, very fish-oriented fish I'm not a fan and I wouldn't speak to you well) For the rest, meat lover, I decided to take with my companion the coast to the bone of a kilo of Desnoyer's; than happiness, perfect cooking and great taste; I've finished this little gustative shortcut with a cream burnt with violet, just as good. The wine map is huge and we are well helped from 40€ the wines); The chief has spent several small laps in the hall, it's always worth it. In short, a very good experience, which I will hear with pleasure!
