Sandalwood Apartments - Broomfield

Apartments are extremely old and out dated for the price. No A/C or heat. The maintenance shows up unannounced most of the time. Once already in the apartment while I was sleeping. Things are rarely fixed or maintained properly. The stairs have extreme rust damage. Only about half the washer or dryers work correctly. Most of our drains are clogged and continue to be a problem in our tub. Property outside is hardly kept up besides cutting grass. The trees are over grown. If you have other options definitely consider them before moving in. I would not recommend!

Lived here for a year, place was clean but the Washer/Dryer wasn't great. Felt very safe, and would live here again.

Lived here for a couple of years and for the price, it was totally worth it. Older apartments, but clean and nice and responsive maintenance. No amenities.

No frills and worth the low price. Lived here 2 1/2 years. My apartment was tired, but clean and in good functioning order. Maintenance was always responsive. It does get traffic noise from HWY 36 and train noise as well but tolerable. My only complaint is that there was never any parking lot snow removal.
