Smokin' Oak Wood-fired Pizza

Excellent place! The whole family loved the pizza, and my wife and I enjoyed the cool beer/margarita dispenser. Staff was gracious and knowledgeable. This is a great addition to Spring Hill ? we will be visiting often! P.S. It?s the only pizza place around here I?ve found with both sun dried tomatoes and basil as toppings! That?s niche, I?m sure? but puts them over the top in my book.

After many of month of anticipation, today I finally got to try this new pizza place near my house. The ordering process was pretty easy as the selection of items is small. My wife and I both ordered pizzas as they are individual sized. Soft drinks are self serve, which I think is always easier. My wife's pizza arrived at the table first. The waitress said my pizza would be one minute. It was easily noticeable there were items on her pizza that she didn?t order. She washungry so she starting eating it anyway. After 11 minutes I summoned who I believed was the manager behind the counter as my pizza had still yet to arrive. I also mentioned the couple that were behind us in line already received theirpizzas. A minute later he came to our table and said ? thats because it had to be remade?. He said it would be another minute. He came across kind of cocky. So, 16 minutes after my wife received her pizza mine came. Right off bat I noticedmine was missing ingredients. Being that I was hungry and my wife was almost done with her pizza, I just ate it. It tasted about average for FL pizza, however the dough/crust was incredibly dry. Probably won?t go back.

Wonder place, I loved the event. The pizza is amazing! The drink selection epic for an automated tap. This place will do great and I will be returning! What I have to say in following is please be patient with the staff this is a new place and they are working the kinks out of a wonderful new place in town. I am not an owner nor have I been asked to say this. I myself own a fairly new business and working threw the beginning stages is challenging especially with a staff. Thebottom line is the pizza is amazing in the beer on tap is amazing. I will definitely be returning!! Thank you for the fresh ideas Spring Hill we needed it. ????????????????????????????????

Still new so I am giving them some slack to work out their kinks. Food was good, I would strongly recommend you threat it more as a sports bar. A beautiful, comfortable one but a Bar non the lest. My family left Hungry..it is NOT a minus on the company.. like I said it is really a millennial Bar. Great to go to with co-workers after hours. Or friends for a drink and light food to help absorb the alcohol. I would go back, just with adults.

We have been waiting for this place to open and it did not disappoint. The owners and staff were so friendly, the food was absolutely delicious, and the drink selection is on point! From a self serve beer wall (lots of FL local craft brews on tap) to many different bottled beverages, and my absolute fave drink Cheerwine and other various Pepsi products. The decor was lovely. Can?t wait to come back and try more on the menu. The Italian stallion pizza, buffalo chicken pizzaadd jalapeños, wood fire apple pie, and chopped blue cheese salad had fresh ingredients and the crust was yummy. The pizza is wood fired and doesn?t take long to come out
