Bidrage med feedbackI went through the drive-thru an hour ago at this restaurant. I was really hungry so I ordered a cheese croissant toasted with butter. Unfortunately, they burnt it and didn't bother to check before giving it to me. I am very disappointed with my experience.
The tea biscuits were extremely dry and the soup tasted like uncooked flour. It was inedible and ended up being thrown away.
The service at this restaurant is consistently poor.
We went for a quick bite to eat and a coffee because I had been working on the area, must have shown up at a busy time. Did the usually dance through the typical long Tim’s line for a couple coffees, handed to us by the young generation who would rather have me make my own coffee and not bother with their existence.But all in all I got my coffee and it didn’t take that long, thanks to the fast food system. Love Tim’s but hope I never have to come back to brooks, hahaha ??Kid-friendliness: Kids like Tim’s, Tim’s bits and hot chocolate.Parking: Free but always busy so sometime not the easiest to find a spot
Jan 2023Reported and then repeated our on menu two drink order to two separate staff members (over the mic and in person) and it still came out wrong.Previously:A medium London fog, chai latte, and two sandwich meals with regular soups is not the drinks, two meals with wedges, poutines, one large regular soup. Due to the of the $20 higher price I re-iterated my order at the window, but the claimed it was correct, so I paid. After closing the window they noticed the irregularity asked us about the wedges poutines so I repeated again.They tried to correct the order down to $11 instead of $32, but mentioned a large soup. I re-iterated that we ordered regular soups. In the end we still got one large.I'm glad they made the effort to try and correct, but really needed to listen better instead of acting like the orders were correct, twice.
