Indian Panflame - Brooks

I'm from Lethbridge and tried this restaurant with some family from Brooks who high recommended this place. It not only surpassed my expectations, but was beyond excellent! I'm gluten free and my waiter whose name is Deepak was very knowledgable in accommodating my food sensitivity. He was also very friendly. This is a little gold mine because the food is very tasty and can be altered according to your level of spice you can tolerate. If you tried this place, you're missing out on a fabulous meal and I'll guarantee you, it won't disappoint you!

This is the best Indian food I have ever had, hands down! And I eat it everywhere I travel! Huge portion, of amazingly satisfying food! Go there if you are passing through, and if you are from the area, you have had better had tried this place already!

Excellent Indian food! Ate dinner here tonight with two friends and all three of us loved the food. The menu gives detailed descriptions of the dishes, and the waiter readily answered additional questions we had about ingredients. You 're also able to specify how hot (as in 'spicy ' you want your food to be which is great for people like me who like really spicy food (and usually can 't get it and for people who need to have less spicy food. The food was freshly cooked and served piping hot. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and attractive. All in all, our dinner was perfect in every way. I only wish that I lived nearby. We 're visiting from the States, so we 'll only be able to enjoy dinner here a few more times before we leave.

Nice casual dining with comfy booths and cultural music. The friendly staff will help you navigate the menu, and will adjust the heat if you like a tamer vindaloo. Classic butter chicken, and Malai Kofta too. We like the pakoras, curries, and their take on stir fry.
