If you've ever met someone who's been to Cafe Mogador, they will rave about it (it also was featured on a late night Williamsburg munchies video a while...
Despite not taking reservations, the wait time for a walk-in at this restaurant was quite reasonable for Sunday brunch. The food is deliciously seasoned and the portion sizes are generous. The staff provides great recommendations and the atmosphere is cozy. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for brunch.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic and definitely worth the wait. We waited about 30 minutes, even though we were initially told it would be closer to 45, but the hostess was very understanding. The lamb shank and sauce were absolutely amazing, and I also really enjoyed the duck confit. The arugula added a nice touch to balance out the richness of the dishes. The harissa ketchup was incredibly addictive. We weren't even very hungry when we arrived, but the menu was just too tempting to resist. We were so glad we decided to try it out.
