Papa John's Pizza - BRONX

Upon entering the restaurant, I witnessed a customer arguing with the staff over being double charged, which should have been a red flag for me to leave. However, I decided to stay and ordered a large 16-inch stuffed crust pizza with two toppings and garlic parmesan breadsticks. To my disappointment, I received a 14-inch pizza instead and was told it was actually 16 inches but just in a different box. I chose not to argue further as the staff appeared to have limited English proficiency, as seen during the earlier dispute with another customer. Upon returning home, I discovered that the garlic parmesan breadsticks were lacking both garlic and parmesan, and were irregular in size and shape, resembling plain breadsticks. I have dined at this restaurant before without issues, but the staff working at 7pm on 9/30/2022 need to improve their performance. Despite the disappointment, I still left a tip for the service. Overall, better training is necessary for the staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

I did not enjoy my experience at this restaurant. It was not what I was expecting. The sauce and pizza were terrible, and the crust was too salty. I will not be returning, as I ended up with a stomach ache.

I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I waited 2 hours for my food, and when I checked on my order, it said it had been delivered. When I called the restaurant, a lady answered the phone with an attitude and hung up on me while I was explaining my issue. After calling back, a man apologized and said he would make me a fresh order. However, when it arrived in 5 minutes, the food was cold and not fresh. Additionally, the order was incorrect and I had to wait on hold for a long time to get it fixed. Overall, I was not happy with my experience.

Dreadful service, they always get the orders wrong, sometimes they have to wait up to 40 minutes on a pizza.

When I first went to the facility, another customer with the staff was trying to have him double pay. that should have been my queen. but nay, I stayed. I ordered a large 16' filled crust 2 pizzas with garlic parmesan brot sticks. what I was handed over was a 14' filled crust two topping pizza. if I noticed the size difference I said it was a 16' inch it was only in another looking box. did not want to argue because he acted as if he had little English speaking.(This goes back to a part of the argument with the other customer)....God to be home and this garrison parmesan I've eaten here and never had a problem, but whoever the workers who worked on 9/30/2022 7 clock....forget it together! and I've also tipped.
