My first experience with this Kentucky Fried place was really Kool ???? Yeah it was pleasant thanks to the staff over there. They don't even earn much and still they managed to treat me with professionalism and every last one of them were snapping andpopp'n even without a supervisor in sight. Overall I gotta say that this particular Kentucky Fried was the very best one I haveever been to when it comes to genuine kindness, cleanliness, teamwork all in all excellent customer service skills I would gooutta my way to come to this one whenever I'm in the mood for the food on they're menu. 10. I was migrated with mask in the hand, I was told that I should put my mask on just to see more than 1 worker without mask. So I asked why is the hired person who served eating, not wearing a mask just to say that he is the manager. I said he should put an example for the customers. leon the manager then gave a high five to a customer who came without a mask and served him eating without telling him his mask on. it goes my kfc, at least from this place. my money is not welcome there.

Very bad customer service. I bought spicy chicken sandwich cost $6. They charge me $26. When I told them to refund my money. They was so rude with me. I am going to call consumer affairs. And KFC head office. Their use bad language for customers. They have to say sorry for their mistake. I made video how’s their behavior and how they talk to me. I am going to send one video to consumer affairs and one KFC main office.
