Bistro Le Calumet - Bromont

We were a large group of 19 and our experience couldn't have been better. Good selection of main courses and everyone left happy. Service was wonderful. The night before service was painfully slow at another Bistro in the village. Nice views from the terrace and when it cooled off late they turned on heaters and passed out ponchos to whoever was cold. Will definitely return.

Our first waiter was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Be sure to try the squid! It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The terrace on the second floor is beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cozy ambiance and excellent service. The octopus is as tender as fish, and the meat is flavorful. It’s definitely a unique experience with your smokehouse, and I absolutely love that! One must be open to exploring new flavors! The decor is stunning, and the view of the mountain must be incredible when the ski resort is open! I have no complaints about the service. I will definitely bring my family and friends, hoping for the same great service!

The food is truly EXCELLENT since the arrival of the new chef, François Gagnon. Be sure to try the homemade ravioli or the fried pickles with chipotle mayonnaise. We absolutely LOVED it!

I visited this restaurant after its opening in September and would have rated it 3 stars. However, after giving it a second chance in November, I was blown away! The atmosphere and service are excellent, and the food is simply delightful! It's clear that the staff is well-trained and the menu has evolved. I highly recommend it to everyone.
