Chestnut Hill Diner - Brodheadsville

My wife and I went to this restaurant on Saturday for dinner. She ordered the full flounder with spinach and mozzarella, while I opted for the stuffed pork with breadcrumbs. Normally, ordering fish at a diner in the countryside would be a bad decision, but yesterday it turned out to be a great choice. Both meals were excellent. For dessert, she had the cheesecake and I had the Belgian waffle sundae. This restaurant is a great place to eat.

I waited nearly an hour around noon for my nephew to join me for lunch before deciding to go ahead and order. The waitress was attentive and friendly, showing no signs of impatience during the wait. Once I ordered, the food arrived promptly and was both hot and delicious. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
