Two Brothers Pizza - Brock

Sunderland crusty pizza not worth it, bought an x large at 32.00 plus 5.00 tip. It was so bad no toppings including the bare cheese.. crust still chewy. but check out my review on trip advisor before buying. See pics, I am not that fussy. they just went so bad better to drive to Uxbridge. terrible toppings that is what pizza is about. how much does pizza really cost.

It was actually a delivery order that never arrived. Ordered from them regularly. Patiently waited and called to check in on status. Was told it was coming, then that it was delivered. We never received it but then was called a liar. Still can’t understand why anyone would lie about not receiving it. And was called a liar a second time. Good luck with your business.

The pizza used to be great with a crust that was still good and chewy. However, the toppings are now way below par. We paid $32.00 for an extra large pizza plus a $5.00 tip, which was not worth it. We gave the restaurant a second chance as it used to be a favorite, but now it is not worth getting delivery from there. It would be better to go to Uxbridge instead. Save your hard-earned money and make hot dogs instead. I apologize for being so critical, but it really is that bad.

I had a very strange experience at a restaurant in Sunderland. I had ordered pizza from there several times before, but this time was different. I placed my order at 6pm and when I hadn't received it by 8pm, I called to check on the status. I was told it was on its way. I called again at 9pm and was told that I had already received the pizza and paid cash for it, which was not true. They accused me of lying about not receiving it, even though I had not prepaid. I was confused as to why they would accuse me of lying. In the end, we ended up opening a can of soup for dinner that night. It seems like we will be switching to a new pizza place in Pefferlaw for delivery. Despite the mix-up, I was understanding until I was called a liar. It was a bizarre situation.

The customer service experience was horrible. I order two pizzas today, the pizzas were so salty we couldn't even eat them. I called to see if they could remake them they said there is nothing they can do about it. The boss refused to call me and explain his reasoning. So disappointed will not be eating there again.
