The toilets were clean and modern, and I was thrilled to learn that Tesla charging stations will soon come. Overall, I had a great experience at Towpath Service Plaza and would definitely stop there in the future.

Clean, well-maintained facility with plenty of space to eat and stretch your legs. Souvenirs and snacks are also available. Easy parking.

Stopped on a Sunday afternoon. Pizza Hut was closed. Panera Bread was kiosk only ordering w/one kiosk and a dzn ppl waiting to place order (I understand being short staffed, but not everyone is adept w/kiosk ordering and this type of service is unacceptable for a travel plaza that can see hundreds of people a day). The BK was faster service but screwed up special order. Fortunately, we opted to dine in and discovered error, which staff kindly corrected and apologized for issue. This BK location also does not take coupons via BK app, which is their prerogative, I guess, but equally as frustrating. Starbucks seemed to be the only restaurant with their act together.

Clean and tidy, no complaints about the sanitation here.For food there is a KFC, Pizza Hut, and Panera. There is a Starbucks and a little convenience store with typical fare, but also a small amount of local goods.

With service plaza amenities such as Ohio's. Truckers can appreciate using toll plazas! You get everything here you would get at a truck stop. The exception being here you get better everything, food, coffee, parking area! AND safety! Thanks Ohio!
