Mcdonald's - Broadview Heights

This location can get really busy but the young staff always try their best to get customers thru the lines, especially the drive thru. I ordered a mcdouble at 230, the place was packed, and my burger still came out hot and juicy. And that crisp, mcds coke SLAPS!

Drive thru service in the mornings is top notch. Fast and friendly. Somehow the food even seems better quality than other McDonald's

I’ve been having a really bad day today so I decided to treat myself to McDonald’s. I came through the drive-through at 12:07 to pick up my food and this lady had the most amazing enthusiasm and a really good smile. I asked her what her name was she said Christine. The food was good too. But that Christine’s smile and her happiness and enthusiasm helped bring up my mood a little little bit today.

Not sure if they were just having a rough day today, or if this McD just sucks. Got our order wrong twice. Missing an item the first time (even with the receipt stuck to the tray). So had to go up and get that corrected. Took a couple minutes to get their attention as they were busy flipping each other off.Then we drank our pops and they were both wrong. Thankfully we dined in, so could dump them and get fresh.At least the food was hot.

TEACH your employees to get OFF their phones and have some manners!!!!!!! Also the store is completely unsanitary!!!
