Really great only curiosity was the burger I was so excited for was a pretty small not juicy piece of meat but the toppings and fries and kale salad delish!! I can't wait to go back and try more options

Lovely place, amazing servers, great drinks, and really really yummy food. Hidden gem of the UWS.

The two folks that ordered the Branzino were quite happy with their choice. My one piece of feedback is not to drown the steak frites with a dousing of the peppercorn sauce. Instead drizzle some sauce on the steak and serve the remainder in a small container and your customer can decide how much they want to add based on their taste. The alcoholic drinks were expensive!

I think the Consulate is the BEST restaurant in the world because the food is seasoned well and I really recommend is the classic mussels. If I were you, I would also get the Consulate burger . The Consulate is 5/5.
